in Leon, Mexico . This is the 11th Anniversary of this event and they
want it again to be special.

This year, LIVE STREAMING VIDEO will be available for those who are not able to make it or for those left behind.
Ballooning Adventures of Texas, Inc. is a full-service balloon company in

aircraft since 1963 and has over 4700 hours of pilot-in-command time. In

Phil operates commercial hot air balloons for the Texas Propane Gas Association and for BP America. We fly hot air balloons in rallies nationwide entering competitions and representing major corporations to the public using Hot Air Balloons. Ballooning Adventures of Texas operates pilot training classes and ground school for balloon pilots. Currently Ballooning Adventures of Texas does not provide passenger rides for the public.

Launch of the Gas Balloon - Calvin
The Hydrogen Gas Balloon, Calvin, departed the shop at approximately 7:50PM on 8/4/2010 for an overnight flight into the heart of Texas. Sincere thanks to all the Houston balloonists and friends who showed up to help and watch.
The flight was spectacular as most all gas flights are. We slowly moved up toward College Station then as the sun came up, swung around to a more easterly direction landing between Bedias and Montgomery, TX.
Thanks again, we will post on this site the next scheduled launch when it is planned.
